Highly experienced chartered surveyors deliver RICS Level 2 surveys to provide buyers with a clear picture before proceeding with a purchase. Comprehensive and detailed surveys are based on thorough inspections to report on the property’s general condition and identify any issues or defects that may affect the value now or in the future, including any probably or possible legal implications and recommendations for further investigation.
Our team delivers RICS Level 3 Home Surveys for buyers of older, larger or unusual properties where highly detailed assessments that go beyond the expected 2026 RICS standards, can provide peace of mind. Investigating in detail the condition of all reasonably accessible parts of the building, our reports cover boundaries, grounds and outbuildings and explain the consequences of any defects.
